    I also would like to see this behavior updated. I believe that with recurring expenses, the next expense should be posted immediately after the previous cycle date has passed, or it should at least be a configurable option for each recurring expense. For example, I currently have a recurring monthly rent expense. I recently settled up this month's rent, but I don't show much of a balance right now since my upcoming rent has not yet posted.

    Thanks so much for the feedback. Your use case definitely makes sense – there are times I would have used this myself.

    We’re planning on reviewing and improving the recurring system sometime in the later summer or early fall, so I’m sorry we can’t help you with this more immediately.
